Prof Barry O’Sullivan of Insight Director  has been appointed by James Lawless, IMinister for Further and Higher Education, Research, Innovation and Science, as one of twelve experts to Ireland’s first National Science Advice Forum which will be chaired by Professor Aoife McLysaght, the Irish Government’s Science Advisor.

Prof O’Sullivan will provide science advice in policy formation, advising on scientific matters, especially in relation to artificial intelligence, computer science and the applications and impacts of those disciplines.
