Megan Griffin is the Awards Coordinator of The Google Insight Scholarship Programme, a project which provides financial support and educational guidance to underrepresented students pursuing STEM subjects at University level in Ireland.

She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Law from Trinity College, where she specialised in feminist criminology. She also holds a Masters degree in Theatre Studies from UCD, specialising in socially engaged documentary style theatre, in order to bring awareness to the struggles and barriers found within impoverished communities.

Her work focuses on advocacy for underrepresented cohorts, in particular women and children from socioeconomically disadvantaged communities.
