Greta Monacelli

Greta Monacelli is currently a second-year PhD student under the supervision of Prof. Tomás E. Ward (DCU) and Prof. Thomas B. Murphy (UCD). She holds a BSc and a MSc in Mathematics from the University of Milano-Bicocca. Her doctoral work explores adaptive data collection methods for medical and behavioural research; it focuses on decreasing the burden placed on the participants of longitudinal experiments while maintaining good data quality through adaptive design optimization techniques. Her research is supported by the Insight SFI Research Centre for Data Analytics.
