Insight Wellbeing: We know nutrition apps are popular, but are they useful?

Many people use diet tracking apps when trying to improve their lifestyle, but are they any good? Insight’s Cathal O’Hara wrote a piece in RTE’s Brainstorm last March. In it he argues that nutrition apps have the potential to be a useful support in improving behaviour when it comes to food, but more research is required. You can read the full piece here.
