New research on ability grouping in youth Gaelic games from Insight at Dublin City University is hoped to support clubs and coaches in the appropriate use of streaming.
‘Given the complexity involved in this area, and the lack of previous research, this paper will support clubs and coaches while also acting as a catalyst for further research from the Co-Ex|Lab in DCU and other institutions,’ says lead author David Moran.
The paper was co-authored by Áine MacNamara, Stephen Behan, Jamie Taylor, Peter Horgan and supported by Insight Research Ireland Centre for Data Analytics .
