Executive Ministers in the Northern Ireland Executive have met with the five suppliers tasked with finding solutions to treat and reduce Blue-Green Algae in Lough Neagh, delivering on commitments within the Lough Neagh Action Plan.

Dr Margaret McCaul, Insight Funded Investigator at Dublin City University, is part of the Small Business Research Initiative (SBRI) tasked with finding solutions to treat and reduce Blue-Green Algae in Lough Neagh and met with a ministers from Northern Ireland in Stormont House. The project is funded by the Department of Agriculture, Environment and Rural Affairs (DAERA) in NI.
