Dr. Feiyan Hu

Dr. Feiyan Hu is a postdoctoral researcher at Insight SFI Centre for Data Analytics in Dublin City University, where he researches topics including visual saliency, computer vision, deep learning, time series/lifelog data analysis and semi-supervised learning. He graduated from Queen Mary University of London and Beijing University of Post and Telecommunication with B.Sc (Hons) in Telecommunications and Management in 2012. He obtained a Ph.D. degree in Computer Science from Dublin City University in 2016. He worked on many academic projects including EU funded FP7 project Dem@Care and with many industry partners such as Synchronoss, Huawei and Dublin Airport.
